Artist’s Voice is about EDUCATION and PREVENTION. We are NOT a witch-hunt group!

• Each member has the right to solicit two AV members to assist in content theft verification and ARing the violator if indeed they feel content theft has occured.
• Group chat/notice spam is strongly discouraged and will result in a warning. Continued violation of this rule will result in expulsion from the group.
• Discussions in AV will be respectful or you will get a warning. Continued violation will result in expulsion from the group.
• Members with troubling conflicts in the group are encouraged to bring their issue to a council member. If the conflict is with a council member, then at least three members of council, not including the party involved, will have to convene and issue a verdict.
• If a member comes under fire for possible content theft or copyright violation, it will be investigated by a member of council. If they have been found guilty of content theft or copyright violation, they will be expelled from the group.
• In terms of AV, council’s rule is law. Cases to be pleaded will be submitted to an impartial member of the council and will be reviewed. A council majority vote will decide the outcome.
• If the member is expelled and no plead is made, ex-AV members are expected to clean up their shops/blogs of all AV supporting info within 72 hours, or face going on a member’s “black list”.
• Any content made by group members with the Artist’s Voice logo for the Artist’s Voice group will be maintained FOR the Artist’s Voice group unless otherwise stated by the creator.
