We thought it would be fun for the AV crew to take a peek at the various accomplishments we’ve already done since the groups conception a little over a month ago.

- Research on international copyright and IP law, and clauses applicable to make available for Artist’s Voice public resources
- Research on failed law drafting and future planning – research of submissions to governmental departments to redraft
- Research and discussion in world with numerous viewer developers, future plans to develop features on these viewers using ideas flowing between Artist’s Voice and the developers.
- Subscriptions by Council members to SLDEV mail lists to keep up on news
- Attend 1st Linden Lab Brown Bag meeting by AV Council representatives
- Plans to attend 2nd Linden Lab Brown Bag Meeting
-Private discussions with 4 Lindenlab staff, re: future of content theft and prevention
- Investigation into opensource for 2.0 – What the stipulations are, what’s open and what’s not.
- Moderate discussions between bloggers and viewer developers
- Planning of education programs, ideally to eventually be utilised by Linden Lab (infohub, help islands etc)
- Running forum for AV members on Zoho.com for constant communication
- Planning an upcoming fair with the aim of educating the customer on the many forms of theft and how to spot/report them as well as making it fun
- Working out ways to build a community between customers and designers and stop the barriers in communication between the two. Including panels and fun activities.
- Working on ways for designers to better legally defend themselves against content theft.
